Bad Company 2 (Xbox 360)
The original Battlefield: Bad Company was quite an enjoyable console game, both online and offline. The single player missions
were playable and quite fun, probably down to the fact that you could destroy any of the scenery and buildings you came across. If you
could see it - you could destroy it.
The multiplayer game on XBox live was also good fun to play. A variety of different maps and the fact you could use any
vehicle that you found also added to the fun of the game. There never seemed to be any lag when playing and I didn't notice
any bugs, I just remember a lot of action.
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 will not only be available on the XBox 360 but also the Playstation 3 and the PC. The release date for the
game is March 2nd 2010 in the United States and March 5th 2010 in Europe. It will feature good cinematics along with beautiful graphics juxtaposed to moments of intense combat warfare resulting in many deaths.
The game is set in some part of Russia and will feature many different weapons with different sights. Lots of different vehicles to drive and destroy including helicopters. The PC beta will be beginning very soon.
The squad death match mode will be unique in that it will be 4 teams of 4 people fighting against each other. So you will be able to steal other peoples kills and then the battle will quite possibly switch direction. This
should make for some really good close combat. In this squad death match mode there will only be 1 vehicle so all teams could possibly be fighting for that due to it's extra firepower.
There is also a conquest mode which is fairly traditional. The maps have been made specifically for the conquest mode so again this should help improve good close, intense combat. Because all of the scenery and objects
are destructable it makes the environments ever changing which is a nice change to most console games.
